Common spaces such as lounges, activity rooms, and wellness areas encourage social interaction, while the vertical circulation core ensures safe, intuitive access. By creating a space that invites both seniors and the broader community, the project supports intergenerational exchange and redefines aging as a shared, vibrant experience.
